Youth Garden Institute

Youth gardening, particularly in a school garden, comes with it own set of rewards and challenges. Youth and school garden leaders are invited to participate in an ongoing series about gardening with children, addressing youth-garden specific issues including designing with kids in mind, linking to the curriculum, and building community with a school garden. Teachers, parents, and other school and youth garden participants are invited to come learn, discuss, and network with other youth garden leaders!

Classes will take place at Gateway Greening’s Carriage House, 3815 Bell Avenue, 63108.
