As the lead organization to City Seeds Urban Farm, Gateway Greening, facilitates overall program development and manages daily operations, production, and training at the City Seeds Urban Farm.
St. Patricks's Center provides case management, counseling, supportive services, and job placement for St. Patrick Center clients that participate in the program.
Food Outreach uses City Seed’s produce to contribute to their nutritional support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS or cancer in the St. Louis Metro area.
St. Louis Master Gardeners provide training to City Seeds Urban Farm clients.
Missouri Department of Transportation provides land for the City Seeds Urban Farm.
Horstmann Brothers Landscaping provides instruction and training on specialized commercial landscaping topics, and is an employer of the program's graduates.

Operation Food Search conducts monthly food preparation demonstrations for clients at City Seeds Urban Farm. Other collaborators play important roles in the program. St. Louis Community College, Meramec Horticultural Department teaches plant science to St. Patrick Center farmers as part of their job-training experience. Public Policy Research Center, University of Missouri, St. Louis conducted the initial 3-year project evaluation.
